After your payment is verified, it may take up to 2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Where is my order

Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status.

Tips for shipping

A) We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days, so please remember to enjoy the sunshine even there's a day or two difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong. 

B) Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent. 

C) Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in US Facility. Kindly allow 2-3 days of shipment to US, even possible " not found ". Thanks for your patience. 

Delivery

About 3-10 business days to delivery.

Delivery might take longer during holidays or weekends. After we ship the order, we will email you a tracking number, which you may follow on the chosen carrier’s website.

Note: Orders shipped to, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, and Alaska cannot be delivered via express. Meanwhile, we cannot ship to any P.O. Box addresses. We require all customers to provide us with a physical address to ensure your products will reach you safely.

We do not responsible for the following undelivery issue:

  • Shipping address incorrect/unavailable/incomplete
  • Phone number invalid/unavailable
  • Out of the delivery range
